Dr Hassan Farhat (MRes, MSc, dual PhD candidate at the University of Sousse and University of Sfax in Tunisia) is a Quality Improvement Mentor at the Hamad Medical Corporation Ambulance Service (HMCAS) in Doha, Qatar. He has published extensively on AI-enhanced Delphi methods for CBRN preparedness and prehospital EMS research in Qatar and the MENA region, and contributed to the FIFA World Cup 2022 prehospital response.
